We make beautiful furniture for Dogs and Cats.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders take 7-10 working days to be delivered based on your location. We are striving to reduce this lead time soon

Do you ship to my city and location?

We currently deliver in Mumbai & Pune, Maharashtra but we are constantly expanding our reach, enter your pin in our delivery check to see.

How do I track my order status?

To get an update about your order email us at hello@obiandjerry.com or contact us at +91 9650169224. Until our online tracker is up kindly contact us to confirm the order status.

Do you have retail outlets?

No, we do not currently have a physical retail store. We do participate in many pet events, so look out for one in your city, follow us on Instagram/Facebook for updates.

I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?

Yes, we do customize where ever possible, please email us at  hello@obiandjerry.com  to share your idea and what you are looking for.

Something I want is not in stock; can I make still place an order for it?

Do reach out to us at hello@obiandjerry.com  or our Instagram @obijerrycarpentry, making it available will be at sole discretion of Obi & Jerry Carpentry.  The cost of the product and delivery time may vary depending on material availability.

What kind of payment option do I have when I buy online?

You can pay by Most Debit card, Credit cards, UPI, Etc.

Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery)

We do not at this point provide COD, but watch the space for an update soon.

What kind of care does the product Need

Each product is different, refer to the Product Information tab on product page.

Is your furniture good for the outdoors?

Our current collection is meant for indoors/inside the house. Unless otherwise marked as “all weather” the product needs to be considered for indoor use.

Do your dog beds have weight limits?

We are proud of our quality and strength of our dog beds, but alas everything does have a limit, Yes, our beds do have weight limits check the product info for each individual product.

Do your prices include taxes?

Yes, the final price you pay on this website is with taxes, refer to purchase summary for the taxed amount

Does Obi & Jerry Carpentry store my card or account information?

Obi & Jerry Carpentry does not collect or store your account information at all. Pease read the privacy policy for more information

Do I have to pay separately for Transport?

If your pin code is valid for delivery then your delivery is free on our website, In case we are yet to start delivery and post sales services in your city, and you are looking to purchase our products, you can email us and we can check feasibility for you, the prices may vary depending on where you want it delivered

After I Buy

What warranty does O&J have for its products?

We typically offer 1 Year Manufacturing Guarantee on our products. Please refer to the Product Description tab on individual product pages for warranty details. Refer below for more information on the warranty policy. This warranty in only for the wooden/wood based components of the product, items such as metal bowls, mattress, mattress cover etc. have 1 month manufacturing warranty

What if I receive a damaged product?

First off, apologies if that happens! In case you receive a damaged product due to transport, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. We highly recommend you open the packaging and check in front of the delivery personnel, as some damage can inevitably happen in rare cases. If this occurs email us at  hello@obiandjerry.com or call us at +91 9650169224 immediately.

If you Observe a Manufacturing defect as stipulated in the Obi & Jerry’s Carpentry Warranty Document, please take pictures and give a detailed description. Once the issue is confirmed to be a Manufacturing defect, we will get it picked up and provide you with a replacement or re-imbursement.

In case your product(s) has crossed our warranty period, we can’t promise that we will replace or repair for you. However, do reach out to us and we’ll surely try to help as best as we can.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location it can take anywhere between 10-14 days to receive delivery

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order, we will provide you a tracking number and a service provider for your package

Do the products that I buy here need installation?

Installation depends from product to product, if there is installation they will be basic and we will provide you a step by step guide with our products. We will also be uploading easy install videos on our website as well. If you have any concerns about installation please don’t hesitate to email us on  hello@obiandjerry.com

Can I buy an Extra Mattress/mattress Cover/ Dog Bowl?

Yes, if as a spare or you need a replacement, we provide you the spares that you can buy. We also keep introducing limited edition/purpose specialty made Mattress, mattress covers, dog bowls you can buy online, please refer the sizes and thickness info to match your bed/bowl before you purchase. If you don’t find a replacement that you need just email us at hello@obiandjerry.com.
